Pinnacle successfully integrates Sentinel's real-time data collection platform with a Natural Gas fired Heat Pumps using Siemens Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and its support communication protocols. As part of a federally initiated R & D project, Pinnacle has successfully created a solution to allow new types of equipment deliver and receive data using the open standards based wireless communications called Zigbee. This solution is an important step in the launch of the company's new technology platform, Sentinel, designed to enable intelligent device communication with host corporate systems. Sept, 2011

Pinnacle releases the command controller system part of Sentinel - its flagship real-time data collection platform. The Sentinel Command Controller (SCC) will be available on embedded computer that is ruggedized to work on extreme temperatures and weather conditions, will serve as a gateway to collect real - time data from ZigBee based wireless devices. It will be available on both Windows Embedded and Linux version with built-in Web Services and Internet uplinks. July, 2011
